Proactive Thermal Analysis Plan
Thermal Analysis is the key to our Proactive Thermal Analysis Plan (PTAP) for industrial systems.
PTAP is a cost-effective scheduled analysis of:
- Electrical substations
- Motors and bearings
- High-load electrical panels
- Substations
By identifying various temperature anomalies in industrial systems, PTAP can pinpoint overheating components prior to failure and thereby:
- Limit Negative Revenue Events (NREs)
- Limit unplanned downtime
- Improve customer satisfaction
PTAP relies on an archive of previous analyses. By comparing current analysis with previous analyses, anomalies can be detected and used to address overheating during scheduled maintenance.
