An Infrared Thermal scan can reveal:


CT-Line Paddle overheating at a substation.

With Infrared Thermal Imaging and a certified trained Thermographer, we were able to identify overheating components at this substation, allowing the utility to make the repair without incurring excessive costs or down time.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 



Panels

Hot Fuse in a Panel:

When we look at this electrical panel, it doesn't visually seem to have any issues.   However, when we use Infrared Technology to view the panel, we find a  a couple hot fuses.  

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

These fuses were replaced without any damage to the panel, because they were caught early.

 

Blower Sections:

         blower 3 top

 

This Breaker Panel contains an overheated fuse and hot lead wire.
